Purcellville Police Report 8/25-8/29/2010

08/25/2010   6:21 p.m.   100 blk  N. 16th  St.  Trespassing

Several juvenile and young adults were located in an apartment complex property with no legitimate reason for being there and were suspected in possible illegal activity. Management wanted the individuals banned from returning to the property.

08/26/2010    10:58 p.m.    200 blk. Hirst Rd.   Customer Dispute

Two individuals were attempting to purchase food through the drive thru on foot and were told that they could not be served and became upset. Police were called to the scene to mediate the situation and order was restored.
Purcellville Police Department

Christopher Mullins, a 23 year old male from Stone Bridge, Va., was arrested for DWI. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and held.

08/28/2010     8:00 p.m.    600 blk. E. Main St.    Felony Assault

Two parties involved in an argument in which one person was cut with a knife. The injury was minor and the suspect has been identified and charges are pending.

08/29/2010     12:39 a.m.   400 blk. W. Main St.  DWI

James Ward, a 24 year old male from Purcellville, was arrested for DWI. He was transported to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and held.
