Purcellville Hosts Heritage Day

On Saturday, May 15 from 10am to 4pm, Purcellville Preservation Association hosts its Heritage Day in the Park at Fireman’s Field.  Throughout the day, this old fashioned country fair will be hopping with local music, art, an antique tractor show, hayrides, a farmers market and crafts, demonstrations, exhibits, tours, book signings, pony and donkey rides, petting zoos and children’s games and other activities.

New this year, is the ‘Wine Garden’ where four local wineries are coming out with their finest … stop by for a tasting!  And, back by popular demand, and closing out the day will be the Oldetimers Roundtable at 3pm in The Gazebo with local townspeople from a bygone era sharing their stories, memories and folklore.  A true blue old fashioned fair for all ages!  Details and updates will be posted on our website at www.ppa-va.org.
