17 Year Old Driver in Hamilton Accident Charged with DUI
Ar approximately 1:00AM on September 6th, A 2008 Kia Spectra was traveling northbound on Taylor Road in Hamilton when the driver, a 17-year-old Ashburn female, lost control, went on to the right shoulder of the roadway, overcorrected, and crossed the roadway before striking a tree. The 17-year-old driver was charged with DUI. Three passengers were injured as a result of the crash. One of the passengers, a 17-year-old female from Ashburn, was airlifted to INOVA Fairfax Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
